GeneusDNA-ME (Official Distributor of Geneus DNA in the Middle East)

As the official distributor of Geneus Genetics Co., Ltd. (Geneus DNA) in the Middle East, GeneusDNA-ME provides access to Geneus DNA genetic testing services and products under the same Terms of Service set forth by Geneus Genetics Co., Ltd.

By using our services, you agree to abide by the following Terms of Service (TOS), which are consistent with the original TOS of Geneus DNA and are legally binding. These terms govern your use of our website, mobile applications, products, and services.

1. Introduction & Key Definitions

• GeneusDNA-ME operates in the Middle East under authorization from Geneus Genetics Co., Ltd., headquartered at 1 Park Silom Tower, 15th Floor, Unit 1503-1504, Convent Rd, Silom, Bang Rak, Bangkok, Thailand.

• Terms such as “Geneus,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to Geneus DNA and its authorized distributors, including GeneusDNA-ME.

• Terms such as “Services” refer to all products and services provided under the Geneus brand, including DNA testing kits, web platforms, analysis reports, genetic insights, and related customer services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Services provided by GeneusDNA-ME, you confirm your agreement to the Terms of Service. This includes:

• Purchasing a DNA kit and sending a sample

• Accessing your online account and reports

• Participating in surveys or research

• Using any software or mobile apps associated with Geneus

You may not use the Services if you do not accept these Terms.

3. Who May Use the Services

You must be:

• At least 18 years old (or of legal age in your country of residence)

• Legally authorized to submit a DNA sample (your own or that of someone you represent)

• Not prohibited by law from using these services in your jurisdiction

4. Scope of Services

GeneusDNA-ME offers personal genetic analysis services, including:

• DNA sample collection and processing

• Delivery of digital reports via Geneus platform

• Optional consultation services with licensed professionals
  All services are based on the current state of scientific knowledge and may evolve over time.

5. Use, Risks & Limitations

Geneus services are for informational and educational purposes and should not be considered medical advice. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider for clinical guidance. Genetic insights may have emotional or psychological impacts and are subject to evolving research.

6. Privacy & Data Handling

We follow the Geneus DNA Privacy Policy, including secure storage, processing, and use of:

• Genetic information

• Personally identifiable data

• Survey and behavioral data

7. Refund Policy

As an official distributor, GeneusDNA-ME adheres to Geneus’s refund policy, which includes:

• Refund eligibility for unused kits within 7 days of order

• The return of the kit within 30 days

• Refunds exclude shipping fees and may be adjusted for discounts or exchange rates

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts or services if:

• Terms are violated

• The law requires it

• Services are discontinued in your region

9. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All content, branding, reports, and software are the property of Geneus Genetics Co., Ltd. and/or its affiliates. You may not reproduce or repurpose any part of the Services without prior written consent.

10. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service without prior notice. Any updates to software or analysis technology may require additional fees unless specified otherwise.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

All services are provided "as-is" and without any express or implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose or accuracy of results. Use of the Services is at your own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Geneus and GeneusDNA-ME shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use or misuse of the services, including but not limited to lost data or health-related decisions made based on our reports.

13. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and any disputes shall be settled by arbitration in Bangkok, Thailand.
