Refund Policy

GeneusDNA-ME (Official Distributor of Geneus DNA in the Middle East)

As the official distributor of Geneus DNA in the Middle East, GeneusDNA-ME follows the same refund policy established by Geneus DNA for all genetic testing services and related products. Please review the following terms and conditions regarding refunds:

Unused Personal Genetic Service Test Kits

You may request a refund for an unused Personal Genetic Service test kit purchased directly through GeneusDNA-ME within seven (7) days of placing your order, provided that your saliva sample has not been shipped to our laboratory. The unused kit must also be returned to us within thirty (30) days of the refund request.

If your kit was purchased from an authorized third-party retailer, please refer to that retailer’s own refund policy, as refunds in those cases can only be processed by the retailer.

Refund Processing and Restrictions

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and processed within 21 business days after confirmation that all refund conditions have been met.

• Refunds will reflect the total amount paid, excluding any shipping charges.

• For international orders, refunds will be calculated using the exchange rate effective on the date of the refund request. Note: Currency fluctuations may affect the final refunded amount in your local currency.

• Discounted purchases will be refunded at the discounted price paid at the time of purchase.

Non-Refundable Items

• Shipping fees, gift cards, and bundled promotional services are non-refundable.

• Refunds may be denied if the returned kit is damaged, incomplete, or unsuitable for resale.

Replacement Policy

If your kit is damaged or lost during shipping, Geneus will provide one (1) replacement kit free of charge, subject to verification of the claim.
